PolicyNote Adds Grassroots Data to Strengthen Stakeholder Management
In government affairs, influence is built at the intersection of relationships and action. PolicyNote is designed as the hub where those two come together, helping teams connect stakeholder relationships with the activities that drive policy outcomes.
With our latest release, we’re enhancing how you track your connections with stakeholders. PolicyNote now brings in grassroots advocacy data from VoterVoice, adding campaign activity to your existing stakeholder management activities. This integration provides a more complete picture of your work. Allowing you to see who you’re engaging and how communities are taking action alongside your efforts.
Why this matters
PolicyNote is relied on to be the “single source of truth” for an organization’s policy influence. By expanding PolicyNote to include advocacy data, we’re giving teams a more holistic view: from the grassroots campaigns that mobilize communities to the one-on-one engagements that build long-term relationships.
Instead of piecing together this information, you now have one place to see the full scope of activity. This unified view not only saves time, but it also allows teams to demonstrate their impact more clearly to leadership, boards, and stakeholders.
What’s new today
With this first release, users can now see VoterVoice constituent and campaign data directly within a stakeholder’s record in PolicyNote. That includes:
- The number of advocates and contacts in a stakeholder’s district
- Recent campaign activity (emails, calls, tweets, letters)
This means that if you’re heading into a meeting with a legislator, you can quickly see both your grasstops and grassroots engagement in one place.
